RED MINT

5 Fresh mint leaves
2 Teaspoons of cane sugar.
2cl Blackberry sirup (optionally add 2-3 fresh blackberries)
1cl Lime
3cl Cold brewed Earl Grey
Top with Copenhagen Sparkling Tea RØD

HOW TO:

First grind the fresh mint leaves and the fresh blackberries. Add the cane sugar, blackberry sirup, lime and the Earl Grey tea. Stir all the ingredients with a barspoon, fill glass with ice. Top with RØD for the final touch.

Cold brewed Earl Grey tea: Use 7-8 grams pr. Liter water. Use an airtight bottle, store it in the fridge for approximately 12-13 hours. Filter the tea.
