The idea behind our limited edition VINTER was to create a unique taste, that fits the cold months and the many festive and cozy traditions of winter. It starts with warm aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, clove and raisins as a result of the Chai tea.

These spicy characteristics are also found in the taste, where they are joined by discrete notes of bergamot oil from the Earl Grey tea. This results in a smooth, elegant and round experience, with an intense finish, balanced by hints of citrus.

Our Sparkling Teas are crafted using the finest teas from around the world. We primarily use organic, hand-picked teas from renowned estates.

The magic of our Sparkling Teas lies in the exclusive and delicate tea blends we create. Each bottle combines up to 13 different organic teas, including white, green, oolong, and black varieties.

Most of our teas are hand-plucked from the best tea-producing regions globally, ensuring premium quality.

This Chai tea is made from the classic Indian tea of ​​the highest quality, Assam. Assam Jamguri Classic is a traditional Assam from Jamguri Tea Estate that is found just south of the mighty Brahmaputra River in Golaghat District. Chai is an ancient Indian drink that has been drunk for centuries.

This spicy mix consists of the best organic ingredients and mainly spices such as cinnamon, white bear, ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and petals. A spicy and flavourful tea with flavours from the far east and slightly sweet undertones.

The basic process for making black tea from fresh tea leaves is withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying. There are many variants of black tea often depending on the country producing them. They all generally have a golden/caramel/red-brown colour in the cup, and the flavours can range from earthy to fruity to malty on the nose and palate with sweet honey notes.

Earl Grey is one of the most popular and recognized tea beverages in the world. What truly makes Earl Grey unique is its blend of bergamot and black tea. We use black tea from Ceylon and India with the highest quality organic hand pressed bergamot oil.  The rind of the bergamot orange is dried and added to black tea leaves to produce Earl Grey tea.

Classic Earl Grey tea features lemony and malty notes. These contrasting flavors make the beverage a distinctive tea that is beloved by many. It is typically made from an infusion of traditional black teas. The combination of these black tea flavors and the citrusy and fragrant bergamot flavor, results in a tangy yet malty tea.

VINTER Cocktails

The complexity and unique taste of Sparkling Tea, makes it an ideal ingredient for cocktails with a bit of spark.

The talented mixologist and bar owner, Christian Tang, was one of the first to exploit this quality in our Sparkling Teas, and helped us create a cocktail menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails based on Sparkling Tea.
