Sparkling Tea GRØN has clear aromas of lemongrass and citrus. The fresh characteristics are also significant in the taste, where they are joined by notes of green apples and a hint of ginger.

This creates a mineral and crisp experience, which ends in a balanced bittersweet finish. The colour is light with green nuances.

Our Sparkling Teas are crafted using the finest teas from around the world. We primarily use organic, hand-picked teas from renowned estates.

The magic of our Sparkling Teas lies in the exclusive and delicate tea blends we create. Each bottle combines up to 13 different organic teas, including white, green, oolong, and black varieties.

Most of our teas are hand-plucked from the best tea-producing regions globally, ensuring premium quality.

Silver Needle is the highest quality white tea available, and it is famous throughout the world for its impeccable flavour and aromatic fragrance. This premium white tea is grown in the mountains of the Guangxi Province (southern China) at an altitude of approx. 1,000m. above sea level.

When brewed properly, the resulting liquor of the Silver Needle tea will be a bright clear apricot colour with a strong fresh and aromatic aroma that has delightful floral nuances. The resulting flavour is very smooth and mellow with no astringency or sharpness, and a lightly sweet floral aftertaste.

White tea is one of the most delicate tea varieties because it is so minimally processed. It is harvested before the leaves are opened fully and the young buds are still covered by fine ‘white’ hairs. Furry hairs are considered a sign of quality. Picking and choosing is done by hand.

Green Assam tea has the beautiful light flavour of green teas while maintaining faithfulness to its assam roots. With a rich tannin taste the aroma is woody. The young shoots are carefully plucked by hand from Clonal shrubs and immediately steamed, gently rolled and dried. Once done, this organically grown green tea is ready to be brewed and display its noble characteristics.

The name “Hathikuli” is composed of the two words, “Hati” which means elephant, and “Kuli” which means often. The tea garden is on a territory close to the Kaziranga National Park and is often visited by roaming elephants.

Green tea is made from leaves that have been withered, fixed, and dried. The leaves are plucked, slightly withered, and then immediately heated to preserve the green quality and prevent oxidization. The leaves are generally harvested three times a year with the first flush producing the highest quality leaves.

The talented mixologist and bar owner, Christian Tang, was one of the first to exploit this quality in our Sparkling Teas, and helped us create a cocktail menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails based on Sparkling Tea.
